lyrics

Peel back the lids, expose what you've denied.
Excuses matter little now, feel the judgment of the tide.
Sweeping over stories unfold.
Breathtaking, remedy unscathing, untold sufferings.

Tangible, the sweet tragedy of completion.
Or so it seems to be to me...

Pulse flat lined, synthetic replaced original design.
Organic warmth gives way to the calculated
perfection; at least externally. Epitome.
Swelling, the sense, the need for gratitude.
With no one to thank.

Summoned remains of the prototype,
bleeding fresh with new life. Rebirth:
far from complete; words still ringing,
stored away.
Recessed chambers, sentiment.
Blistering change, ever poignant.
Reaching for tranquil possibilities,
mend this gaping, lifeless seam.

Could it be that reversal of the current
is a breath away?
Could it be that gravity arresting you
is remedial?
Could it be that finally we are becoming
what was intended to be?

So it seems to be to me.
